Man of his own words

If you dare to promise someone, better keep that promises of yours. This will reflect negative impression on you. Speaking from my own experience, I know customers are mostly demanding. Whatever information that you pass to them, they will take note of it. That is why, you need to be extra careful when handling customers especially when comes to promising. It is not easy indeed. Never ever promise something that is impossible. If they are demanding, try to find solutions to help them even if it takes many steps to get it done. It's your job and im sure by end of the day..you will feel the satisfaction. It's true, some things are beyond our control but at least do inform them they will feel more than happy and appreciate that way.

I had a little arguement over my hp to be repaired and feeling very sad about it. I have my own reasons and right to do this and that. Anyway, it's my own money so it's my choice, you don't have to nag me like that. I have always put on my ears listen to everyone's advise and will always do that. But it's my choice to follow or not.

  • I don't trust the store that is holding my hp. They're against their own words.

  • Even I do love that hp so much, I am not in a rush since I have another phone to contact others.

  • I am currently in a very tight budget. To fork out on something that is not really that important, is not my main priority.

  • Somebody just offer to buy new hp for me. WEeee~ just kidding lah.. I tak nak.

  • Anyway, Im feeling much better after letting this out. Just forget about it and don't take to heart. *masuk telinga kanan keluar telinga kiri* Habis cerita! Happy!
